General Assembly
General Assembly of the Members is the main authority of the Organization having right to decide on any issues concerning its activity.
Each member of the Organization has a single vote. General Assembly is considered to be legally competent with not less than half of the members present. Scheduled General Assembly is an annual meeting. Issues listed by the Board, CEO and Organization members are considered at General Assembly.

Advisory Board is a controlling authority of the Organization. Advisory Board members are voted at General Assembly meeting, and this should be not less than 3 people for 3 year term chosen.
